DNP
2,4-dinitrophenol DNP was introduced for the first time in the world of bodybuilding Dan Duchaine. DNP depletes the muscles of ATP (4), thus requiring your mitochondria to convert more energy from food molecules, and thus create more ATP, instead of what was lost. Fortunately, DNP is not particularly hard on your heart, blood pressure, or liver.
